About these terms

By placing an order with us, you agree to these terms. Please read them — a few of them are specific to custom-made products.

Your photo

When you upload a photo, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. You keep ownership of your photo. You give us permission to use it for the limited purpose of producing, previewing, and fulfilling your order, and to store it long enough to handle reprints and support requests.

We will not sell your photo. If we ever want to use your finished portrait as a sample or in marketing, we'll ask you first.

What we produce

Each portrait is an artistic interpretation of your photo, not a literal reproduction of it. Styling, background, clothing, and composition are part of the product. We work hard to keep your pet recognizably themselves — that's the whole point — but colors, textures, and details will differ from your original photo by design.

Photo quality matters. A blurry, dark, heavily filtered, or very low-resolution photo limits how good the result can be. We'll tell you if we think a photo won't work.

Approval before printing

You'll be shown your portrait before we print it. Once you approve it, you're confirming it's what you want printed, and production begins. Please look closely at that stage — spelling of any names, the pet shown, and the style you picked.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before you order. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.

Shipping

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Once an order leaves our production facility, transit time is in the carrier's hands.

Acceptable use

We won't produce content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes someone's copyright or trademark. We may cancel and refund any order that falls into these categories.
