What kind of photo should I upload?
One clear, well-lit photo where your dog is facing the camera and their eyes are visible. Natural light near a window is ideal. Blurry, dark, or far-away shots are the main reason a portrait comes out looking off.
Can I see it before I buy?
Yes. You'll see your portrait on the actual product before you pay. Preview as many styles as you like — it's free to look.
Will it really look like my dog?
That's the whole point. Their exact markings, eye color, ear set — the portrait is unmistakably them, and you approve it before we print anything. If it's not right, we redo it or refund it.
How long does it take?
Production typically runs 2–5 business days, plus tracked shipping time. Larger canvases sit at the longer end of that range.
Where do you print and ship from?
The US.
Can you do cats, or more than one pet?
Cats, absolutely. For multiple pets, upload a photo of each and reach out — we'll tell you what's workable before you order.
What if my dog has passed away?
We do a lot of these, and we take them seriously. Any photo you have is worth sending — even an older one. If you're unsure whether it'll work, ask us first and we'll give you an honest answer.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Reach out as fast as you can. Once a piece goes into production we usually can't change it — personalized items move quickly.
What sizes do canvases come in?
12×16, 16×20, 18×24, and 24×36 — gallery-wrapped at 1.25" and ready to hang, no frame needed.
